Tyrian Explorers Contest
While our conquests in recent times have taken us to new continents, there's no denying that for many of us our hearts and homes lie in Tyria. We therefore invite you back to Tyria, and suggest you dust off your old photo albums to refresh your memories of Tyria's many landmarks.
We have been running back and forth across Tyria this past week, collecting screenshots of landmarks across the continent. We now challenge you to find our chosen landmarks and then tell us their exact location.

Ahhh ... the beautiful pastoral innocence of pre-searing Ascalon ... rolling hills, luscious trees and golden dappled sunshine ...
Well ... too bad ... no rest for the wicked! There'll certainly be no time to linger and take in the scenery in this contest, because in order to win, this new toon is going to have to experience the searing and charge through the Charr armies in record time!
We challenge you to group yourselves in teams of four ... one of those four will have to create a new character in pre-searing, and your challenge is, with the help of your three team-mates, to get your toon (and Rurik) to Horn Hill in the Nolani Academy mission as fast as you can manage. The other members can help with any of their lvl20 toons ... they can run you through zones or missions ... whatever it takes. Fastest team wins ... and winning means prizes!

Elite Area Expeditions
We're also hoping to organise some expeditions to the elite areas of the four campaigns. There'll be more information on this in the coming week, but for now head to the [Elite Area Expeditions thread] in the alliance forums to get the scoop.
